September 10 Event with Mary Tambellini Please join us on September 10 from 6:30-7:30 pm as we welcome local illustrator Mary Tambellini, who will share her book "Easy-To-Say First Words!" This book was designed by licensed and ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist Cara Tambellini Danielson, whose goal was to help children learn first words and improve articulation. After we read the story together, Mary will talk a bit about how she came up with her unique illustrations and participants will make their own mixed-media art project to take home! This event is geared for children 4 to 6 years old, but younger siblings are welcome. Copies of Mary's book will be available for purchase. Registration is appreciated.
Cooks 'N Books!
Cooks 'N Books program is a cookbook and food discussion group for people who love to cook and make new friends! No real experience or culinary expertise is needed - just a desire to share recipes and food! We meet in Great Room A of the Hampton Community Center on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Join us for food, laughter, and fun! Find out more . . .
Hampton Community Library is in the early stages of planning our 25th Anniversary Celebration in 2015! We are asking library patrons to share their earliest and fondest memories of using library services. Please print and fill out our questionnaire and return it to a library staff member.
Book group discussion kits contain
10 copies of the book and a
